Delivery and Assembly

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to all 81 provinces of Turkey. We also ship to European countries, primarily Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and handle customs and transport ourselves.

Transport and assembly by our own team

The people who pack, carry and install your furniture work for the same company. Assembly is included with delivery; the furniture is installed on site and handed over ready to use.

Delivery time

The time depends on the product and the season; a firm date is shared when the order is confirmed. Delivery is faster for standard-size models, while custom production may take longer depending on the complexity of the design.

Charges

Transport and assembly are part of the delivery process. If anything varies by region, it is stated clearly in the quote; there are no surprise extra charges on delivery.

Buy now, take delivery later

We can store the product you purchase in our warehouse free of charge. If you are moving or renovating, it is delivered on the date you choose.

Before delivery

• Measure the width of doors, hallways and stairs.
• If a lift will be used, note its inside dimensions.
• If you are unsure about the measurements, send them to us via WhatsApp and we will check them together.
