All our products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. For manufacturing defects, replacement or repair is covered by us.

Support after the warranty

We continue to provide spare parts and repair support after the warranty period.

How to make a claim

Send us the issue with a photo or a short video via WhatsApp (+90 543 427 12 95) or to homelorienn@gmail.com. Because transport and assembly are carried out by our own team, your point of contact stays the same.
