Privacy Notice (KVKK)

In accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about how your personal data is processed. If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you also have rights under the GDPR (see below).

Personal data processed

  • Identity and contact: name, phone number, address (optional in the order form)
  • Request details: cart contents and any note you send
  • Site security and statistics: shortened IP hash, device type, country, pages visited, on-site search terms

Purposes

  • Responding to your request, giving a quote, concluding and delivering the order
  • Providing after-sales support and handling warranty claims
  • Keeping the site secure and improving it by measuring its use

Legal grounds

Your data is processed because it is directly necessary to conclude or perform a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in site security and statistics (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Advertising and analytics cookies are used only with your consent.

Transfers

Your personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. Because the site’s hosting and infrastructure are provided by service providers located outside Turkey (Vercel, Supabase — Frankfurt/EU, Cloudflare), your data may be processed on their servers. Order communication takes place via WhatsApp (Meta).

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and, where the conditions are met, its deletion; request that these actions be notified to recipients; object to a decision made against you solely by automated means; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

If you are in the EU/EEA, under the GDPR you also have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
