No online payment, no user accounts
We do not take payments on our website and we never ask for credit card or bank details. There are no customer accounts or memberships.
Order form
When you confirm your cart, we ask for your name and phone number and, optionally, your address and a note. This information is stored together with your cart contents and added to a WhatsApp message. We use it only to contact you, give you a quote and handle your order.
Orders and questions are handled via WhatsApp. Messages you send on WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) own privacy terms.
Site statistics
To understand how the site is used, we record page and product views, on-site search terms, device type, country and the referring website. We do not store your IP address in readable form; we keep only an irreversibly shortened hash of it.
Stored in your browser
Your cart, your favourites and your cookie choice are kept in your browser’s local storage and are not sent to us. A cookie is used to remember your language. These are necessary for the site to work.
Advertising and analytics tools
Meta and TikTok measurement tools are loaded only if you give consent in the cookie banner. Google tools are loaded in a way that does not set cookies without your consent (Google Consent Mode). You can reset your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel. The database is kept on Supabase servers in Frankfurt (European Union), and images on Cloudflare.
